Japan-based FARO recruitment was established in 1981 as an international 'staffing solutions provider' and has an estimated 1,000 employees worldwide, in more than 80 offices.
In Summer 2008 talks began between Palfery-Productions, ltd. and FARO Recruitment to discuss the commission of a video-advertisement service that could be used by their global offices to view what their counterparts were doing on the other side of the world, and that would possibly extend beyond the company's intranet to be used by potential clients and candidates.
People First - the Pilot

Details: To test the formula and see if the idea was workable, a Pilot was produced in late 2008 with People First, the London arm of FARO's worldwide reach.
